Open house for 2020-21 home school program Jan. 30

Dance Du Coeur and the Knile Prep Academy, a private school that runs a home-school program out of a classroom at the studio, are hosting an informational meeting for the parents of prospective students from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 30! 

The alternative schooling option offered by KPAC is perfect for dancers, athletes, actors, and musicians have heavy commitments outside of school and need their afternoons open for practice or training.

The school operates out of the classroom in studio D from 7:30-11:30 a.m. M-F. and DDC offers a pre-pro program for dancers (ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, latin, and pilates) from 12:30-3:30 p.m. each day.   

Currently, the program is offered to 5th through 8th graders but open to others as well. 

The Open House on 1/30 is an opportunity to see the classroom, meet the director and teacher, and gather information about the program and what it has to offer.
