Summer Drill Team Prep Intensive is June 20-22!
Attention all Fort Bend drill/dance team students, this is the opportunity you need this summer 2023!
Our three day Sugar Land dance intensive packs in 18 hours of dance preparation to give students a jump start on the dance/drill team season! Instruction includes Precision (Pom and Military), leaps, turns, flexibility training & conditioning, jazz technique, hip hop, contemporary/lyrical and ballet!

This is for ages 12-18 and depending on the number of enrollments, the group will be divided into intermediate and advanced levels. Cost is $275 for the three day intensive which goes from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sign up by May 1, and pay an early bird price of $265! Students will need to bring their own lunch plus water. Wear dance clothes and bring your jazz and ballet shoes.
There are No refunds for cancellations as we have limited spots. The Intensive will be cancelled with two weeks notice and refund given if fewer than 10 students enroll.
The instructors include:
Yoshi Pineda is a lead instructor and choreographer for MA Dance and DX Events and ajudicates at the international level. Originally from NYC where he danced professionally, he has also performed in and directed shows with the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and toured internationally with On the Fly, an aerial acrobatics company where he worked as a choreographer, dancer, and aerialist. He is a commercial dancer represented by the Movement Talent Agency in L.A.
Jesus Acosta is a nationally recognized authority on jazz technique and knows what judges are looking for in a routine! He has 15 years experience in judging and teaching for MA Dance and Auxiliaries, the leading high school dance competition and camp program in the U.S. He also serves as adjudicator for the nation’s most competitive state programs, including the Iowa State Championships and Utah State Drill Team Competitions. He dances professionally in Houston and teaches/choreographs for dancers at all levels, from the Houston Texans Cheerleaders to local high school students.
