Fall Classes for 26-27 start August 17!

Season #16 at Dance Du Coeur Sugar Land dance begins Monday, August 17, 2026, with a full schedule of dance classes for ages 18 months through 18 years!

Genres include ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, hip-hop, acro dance, and aerial silks.

Dance Du Coeur is the only studio in the Sugar Land area to offer a licensed curriculum for younger children through Leap-N-Learn, a research-based method designed by a professional dancer and psychologist to teach dance through developmentally appropriate exercises with a heavy emphasis on creative movement. The Leap-N-Learn curriculum is used in all classes for children under the age of 7, and all DDC teachers are certified in the method.

Intro to Ballet, for ages 5-6, is the only ballet-based class for younger children that does not use the Leap-N-Learn curriculum because it is geared for more advanced students who have already taken two years of creative movement. Starting at age 7, children can take a level 1 class in any genre offered at the studio. Most genres go through level 4, and some go through level 5. Acro dance and Aerial Silks only have a beginner and advanced level.

There is no deadline to register for our Fort Bend Fall classes, as we will be taking new students all the way into the new year. However, it is to your child’s advantage to start classes as early as possible in the season to realize their maximum potential before the end-of-season recital in late May or early June (date tbd).

All classes are open for enrollment on the studio’s website.

The registration fee is $75 per student and $125 per family. The monthly tuition for MOST classes is $110. Classes meet weekly on the same day and time. Tuition is $75 a month for Baby Ballet.

Unsure about what class to take? Prospective students can try a 45-60 minute class for $30 and decide afterward if it was right for them or if they want to try something else. Trial classes are $15 for Baby Ballet and $45 for any 1.25-1.50 hour class.
Questions about the registration process or classes? Call (281) 565-0005 or stop into the studio between 2-8 p.m. M-F or between 9-12 p.m. on Saturdays.
