Dance Du Coeur is pleased to welcome three new Sugar Land dance instructors for the 2025-2026 season!

Stephanie Randolph

Additionally, she is certified in Pilates Mat. Stephanie also has a background in cleaning competition and drill team routines and loves to watch and participate in her students’ growth.

“I focus on a technical and anatomical approach to teaching ballet and pointe while encouraging students to explore their individuality and quality. I strive to create a safe environment for my students, so they feel confident to try new things and experience what their bodies are capable of,” she explains.

Zuri Humphrey

Zuri Humphrey is a recent University of Houston graduate with a BFA in dance. She was part of their dance ensemble and served as the University of Houston Dance Student President. She has diverse training in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Flamenco, and Aerial Skills. Zuri is apprenticing with Open Dance Project, a professional contemporary dance company in Houston.

“As an instructor, one of my core values lies in promoting bodily autonomy within my students so that they can reach their fullest potential. This year, I am most looking forward to witnessing the inevitable changes and growth within each student and each class, and being a part of those changes and growth,” commented Zuri.

She loves children and is getting certified in the Leap-N-Learn curriculum. She will be teaching creative movement classes on Saturdays.

Abigail Robertson

Abigail Robertson is a recent graduate of Texas Christian University where she earned her BFA in Ballet and Modern Dance. Abigail is also certified in Pilates. She is apprenticing at Open Dance Project, a contemporary dance company in Houston. She will be teaching one Pre Ballet and level 1 classes on Saturdays this Fall, including a Mini Technique class for advanced students aged 5-6 who have an interest in competitive dance.

My teaching centers on honoring each student’s individuality, creating an inclusive, supportive environment that prioritizes health, functionality, and sustainable movement. I emphasize body awareness, alignment, and injury prevention, encouraging students to respect and listen to their own bodies,” says Abigail of her teaching philosophy.
