New Sugar Land adult classes for 2024
Dance Du Coeur Sugar Land dance studio has added a weekly adult class to the schedule – Aerial Silks on Wednesdays at 8 p.m.!
This class is great for developing core and upper body strength as well as flexibility and is the perfect way to challenge yourself in 2024!
It’s a beginner class, so students will learn the basics of this unique and fun dance form. The cost is $105 a month with no registration fee.
It also includes teens age 16 and up so parents with an older child can sign up together!
Parents are asked to send an email or call the studio to ensure that the registration fee is credited back to their account.
For those who want a lesser commitment, Ms. Christa will offer three adult classes starting in January 2024. These classes are on Saturday evenings at 6-7 p.m. They are $25 for those who sign up online or $30 cash at the door.
